Discovered significant damage and mould caused by a long term leak

Further damage discovered and entire floor ripped up and re-laid

Floor completely re-laid, walls battened, insulated 50mm celotex & boarded with ply lining where required.  Fully replumbed with new boiler and fully required with new consumer unit with all certificates.

Stairs, landing, main bedroom, spare bedroom all plastered with built in wardrobe in small bedroom and space recovered for wardrobe in main bedroom both being ply lined in preparation for finishing
